Sharon Levine’s career with CHG took flight in February 1999 as an accounting clerk. And, that saying rings true. Her career quite literally started in our Weatherby Healthcare division’s original office located in an airplane hangar!
“Our work environment was significantly more modest and less spacious than it is today,” says Sharon. “There were rows of desks lined in a primarily open floor plan and the sound of airplane engines served as a backdrop for the day’s work.”
Today, Sharon works remotely from Fort Myers as a senior payroll specialist processing our physician payroll — a direct benefit of CHG’s flex schedule program.

Why do you like working at CHG?
I have always found our co-workers to be upbeat and accommodating. I have made long-lasting friendships and have enjoyed the work environment.
What is your most memorable moment at CHG so far?
Without question, CHG Halloween events remain most memorable. The craziness each year outdid the year prior! I hold many fond memories of those days.
What advice do you have for others looking to grow their career?
A positive approach benefits everyone. Respecting one another, taking advantage of training opportunities, and working to your full potential will yield great opportunities at CHG!
What changes have you witnessed throughout the years?
CHG purchased Weatherby Locums and the environment changed and improved dramatically. CHG, from day one, communicated with their employees, listened, acted upon their needs, and became a wonderful company to work for.
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three things would you take with you?
The three necessities would be dark chocolate, my Keurig (with an infinite supply of K-cups), and my Kohl’s card…not necessarily in that order.
