Patricia Peacock celebrates 25 years at CHG

In 25 years, CHG has placed countless providers in hospitals and facilities across the country to make a difference for millions of patients. Patricia Peacock would know — she celebrates her 25th anniversary with CHG’s CompHealth locum tenens division this month.

She took a break from her difference making to share some insights and memories from her career so far.

What was your job title when you first started working at CHG?

I was hired as an accounts receivable rep in 1993.

What do you do in your current position?

I’m a client representative for CompHealth locum tenens’ family medicine team.

Why do you like working at CHG?

I love that we touch the lives of so many patients, family members, and healthcare personnel. We really make a difference.

What was it like when you first started working here? 

Small and casual – Therus Kolff, CompHealth’s founder, would walk around in his socks! Everyone knew each other.

What is your favorite core value and why? 

Integrity and Ethics! I believe that building trust with our clients, providers, and co-workers is the path to a successful career at CompHealth.

What advice do you have for others looking to grow their career?

Don’t miss the details! Your providers and clients will remember you if you remember the details.
