From training consultants to facilitating visa trainings with an attorney in California via Skype, Maria Arroz, divisional sales training specialist at CompHealth permanent placement in Fort Lauderdale Fla., is completely immersed in helping and training others.
And she wouldn't have it any other way.
"I love getting to know everyone within the division and being one of the first points of contact when new hires start working here," she says. "Everyone brings different experiences, which are oftentimes relatable to what we do here. It's fantastic to see someone get to their desk and do well!"
After nine years with CHG, Maria still loves the people and the environment — and her co-workers recently nominated her for a Putting People First award, proving that the feeling is mutual.

I truly believe there isn't another company that's better to work for than our own. This company lives, breathes and inspires Putting People First. It's funny, because when I first started almost 10 years ago and I heard the term, I thought it was about our candidates and clients and putting them first. I quickly learned that really it's about us, and by putting ourselves first we put our candidates and clients first as well. To be a part of a company like this and then to get recognized for the work that I do is beyond an honor and a privilege. It inspires me to do better, be a better person and hopefully, in my role here as a trainer, also inspire someone else to do their best. I couldn't ask for anything better than that.
