The Weatherby Healthcare and Foundation Medical Staffing offices decided to turn up the heat during the 2012 NBA championship. As the Oklahoma City Thunder and Miami Heat battled for the title, division leaders from both the Edmond and Fort Lauderdale offices agreed on a deal: Those supporting the losing team must wear the winning team's gear for a full day in the office, including branded shirts, hats, foam fingers and temporary tattoos.

With Matt Rice, Jerry Broughton, Nathan Allison and Chris Friend representing the Oklahoma City Thunder and Greg Prine, Cam Hoffman, Jon Poliseno and Jay Mays rooting for the Miami Heat, the divisions watched the championship eagerly.
In the end, the Miami Heat won the title ‚Äî which meant that leaders in the Edmond office had to show their Florida pride at work.
