What is your favorite part about working at CHG? My work family, hands down.
What is your most memorable experience at CHG? Placing my first candidate and having them fall off within 24 hours. That was fun.
If someone asked you what you do, how would you answer them? I help therapists find jobs all over America, and I help facilities find the right therapists for their teams.
Why did you choose to work at CHG? I was referred to CHG by some good friends of mine whose opinions and business visions I trusted and respected.
How do you feel you embody CHG's core value of Quality and Professionalism ‚Äî or how have you seen it in action at work? The quality and professionalism that is exhibited by my team is extremely evident on a daily basis. When you receive a call from a client letting you know they just opened up a need and wanted to see if you can help again, you see and feel the embodiment first hand.
How do you know that your work at CHG matters? It is evident in every candidate we place and every organization we help fulfill their needs. The positive responses on both sides continues to illustrate this.
What do you like to do when you aren't at work? I enjoy spending time with my lady, listening to vinyls, photography, traveling, exercising, watching sports and learning new things.
What is your hidden talent? That's going to remain hidden.
If you could choose your last meal, what would it be? Ropa vieja as interpreted/mastered by my mom.
What five things would you take to a deserted island? My lady, the Encyclopaedia Britannica, a tool kit, solar-powered boom box and an MP3 player.
In a movie about your life, who would you choose to star as you? Either Daniel Day Lewis or Christian Bale, whomever is available.
