One of our favorite times of year is our annual Making a Difference Week. It’s a chance for us to extend our Putting People First culture into the communities where we live and work.

The week gives employees the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun activities like Bingo, live auctions, Hot Wheels races, and puppy snuggles — all to raise money for United Way and other local charities.

This year, all our offices across the country raised more than $750,000, which includes a 50 percent match by the Making a Difference Foundation.

“Our people are so generous about giving back to the community,” says Rachel Klemens, culture director at CHG Healthcare. “Making a Difference Week gives them the chance to not only give back, but have fun doing it.”

Watch the video below to see how much fun we had during this year’s Making a Difference Week.
