Wow! What an honor. Forbes Magazine recognized CHG Healthcare as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers of 2021.
“This recognition means a great deal more during these unprecedented times. CHG, like many other businesses, had to make hard decisions to move forward — but we remained committed to our defining core value — Putting People First. This has and always will be our formula for business success,” says Scott Beck, CEO of CHG Healthcare.

CHG employs about 3,000 people in offices around the country. Last year, CHG’s staffing companies placed more than 13,000 medical providers throughout the world who served 25 million patients.
Scott says, “One of the reasons people come to work for us is because this is more than a job. What our people do at their desks plays a part in changing patients’ lives.”
America’s Best Employers were selected based on an independent survey where 50,000 employees in 25 different industries working for companies with at least 1,000 people employed in their U.S. locations were asked open-ended questions regarding their employer.
