SAN FRANCISCO — Modio Health, a CHG Healthcare company transforming the management of healthcare provider credentials, today announced co-founder and chief operating officer, John Bou, will now serve as the company’s president.

Also with this change, former Modio president and co-founder, Kirk Heath, MD, is moving to serve as a physician advisor to CHG. “I’m thrilled for John to take the helm as president, bringing his vision and strong execution skills to our strategic plan,” says Kirk. “With his leadership, John is well-positioned to take Modio to new heights in the provider management space. As I transition back into healthcare, I’m looking forward to continuing working with CHG as a strategic advisor in the physician space.”
