United Way in the Greater Triangle in North Carolina has honored Weatherby Healthcare with 2019 Corporate Impact Award. Weatherby is a division of CHG Healthcare.
During a virtual awards presentation in August, United Way officials praised Weatherby employees for their dedication and enthusiasm. Every year, Weatherby employees hold an hour-long live auction where they bid on items such as paid time off, airline tickets, or even homecooked meals. Over the past three years, the Weatherby team has raised roughly $30,000 for the United Way.
Covering the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas of North Carolina, the United Way in the Greater Triangle works to end poverty by helping families access housing, nutrition, and health services, as well as supporting students in their progress toward career development.
