For the fifth straight year, CHG Healthcare is recognized on Salt Lake Tribune’s list of Top Workplaces. This year, CHG ranks No. 8 on the list in the large company category. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” says Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
CHG’s people-centric culture creates an inclusive environment where employees feel comfortable being themselves and can grow both personally and professionally. Employees are passionate about the work they do and take pride in knowing that their job makes a difference. Just last year, CHG employees placed more than 14,000 healthcare providers who served more than 27 million patients.
