At CHG, our defining core value of Putting People First empowers us to not only take care of each other and our customers, but also the communities we serve. Our people are passionate about giving back and go above and beyond to serve the causes they care about.
Our goal as a company is to make it easier for them to do that.
In addition to giving each employee eight hours of paid volunteer time off, we also offer our people the opportunity to participate in team volunteer activities, blood drives, and subsidized humanitarian trips.
Just last year, our people gave more than 10,000 hours of service, served on three humanitarian trips, donated 91 pints of blood to save 270 lives, and delivered more than 2,000 meals to seniors through the Meals on Wheels program.

We also host a variety of company activities to raise money for local nonprofit organizations. Our biggest event is our annual Making a Difference Week, where over the years our people have raised millions of dollars for United Way and other local charities.
