Dorothy Campbell, RNnetwork nurse, knows from experience how to turn a potentially frustrating situation into a rewarding experience. Working in a high-volume hospital has given her the skills to remain unflappable in high-pressure situations.
The CHG marketing team was walkin' in sunshine June 30 when they strolled together to a nearby park as part of Employee Appreciation Week celebrations. The team enjoyed frozen treats from an ice cream truck and spent time showing some of their skills at a nearby playground. The afternoon stretches also helped team members to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.
RN Network division leaders Bill Heller and Eric Darienzo celebrated Employee Appreciation Week by cooking breakfast for employees June 29. While fresh fruit, bread and croissants were available, Bill and Eric also served scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and pancakes, later getting creative with the shapes.
Though a thunderstorm interrupted their fun, CHG’s legal, Credentials Verification Organization (CVO), risk and quality management teams enjoyed a summer picnic June 29 at the Spruces campground in Big Cottonwood Canyon, near Cottonwood Heights, Utah.Morris Jensby, vice president of risk management, cooked hamburgers, hotdogs and veggie burgers for the division as part of Employee Appreciation Week.
CHG and CompHealth permanent placement employees in the Fort Lauderdale office celebrated Employee Appreciation Week June 29 with an activity right up their alley -- bowling. Teams gathered at 4 p.m. at Diamond Strike Lanes in Pompano Beach, Fla., for the competitive event.
They may not be filling midnight shifts, but the phrase "Working Knights" still applies to this tight-knit family at CHG. The Knights -- Clint, Joelle, A'Neil and Elise (Gibby) -- all work in the Salt Lake office and have among them a combined total of more than 30 years of CHG service. Though his sisters attribute their interest in CHG to a sister-in-law who worked at the company, Clint's career at CHG began when his sister took a job here.

The July 13 Peer Power Presentation performed by members of Fort Lauderdale's CompHealth permanent placement rehab therapy team could only be described as "hands-on." With the theme "How to properly prepare candidates for what not to do in an interview" in mind, senior consultants Irene Abrams and Eric Halpern dressed in their respective job candidate/hospital administrator costumes to liven up their presentation.
