The Weatherby Healthcare office in Cary was recently recognized by the United Way of the Greater Triangle for its outstanding workplace contributions in 2011. David Pierce and Lindsay Gaughran, both directors at Weatherby Healthcare, attended the recognition event March 13.
"Our office was honored along with about two dozen others by the [United Way] chapter president and campaign manager," David says. "If I remember correctly, we outpaced our previous number by 291 percent! Our local United Way campaign rep, Lindsey, spoke to us for a while and let us know that our events, activities and participation per employees is well-known and respected in the chapter."
