As part of our Heart of CHG initiative and our Putting People First philosophy, our people gave back to our local communities in our annual United Way Week. Our offices across the country, including Salt Lake City, Utah; Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Boca Raton, Fla.; Durham, N.C.; and Edmond, Okla., enjoyed a week of fun that included bake sales, silent and live auctions, gift grams, poker and ping-pong tournaments, and a food-eating relay contest — just to name a few.
All proceeds from the week-long event are donated to each office's local United Way affiliate, and CHG matches 50 cents on every dollar donated. This year, all our offices raised a combined total of more than $400,000, including the company match, to help the United Way fund programs in areas desperately in need of the support.
