On Sept. 25 the Weatherby team donned their Weatherby wear and attended the award ceremony — a fun and laid-back event at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel & Convention Center in Durham, N.C.
A brief presentation highlighted Weatherby's winning attributes: annual Employee Appreciation Week, company-wide early release on Friday, gym, mothers room, ongoing training, open-door policy and the perks go on.
"There are so many reasons I love Weatherby Healthcare," said Hannah Thierolf, consultant on the psychiatry team, during the presentation. "It is a family-oriented business — everyone truly cares about your well-being, success and happiness. I have a great support system — from leaders to my coworkers. We work hard, but we also play hard together. Putting People First is one of our core values and it's evident in the way Weatherby focuses on our happiness and work-life balance. Plus one of the biggest reasons I love it — we work with doctors and hospitals to provide patient care. I truly feel blessed to be part of the Weatherby family," Hannah says.
