The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) recently revealed the top organizations where millennials most want to work. Over 12,000 students, ranging from 15-27 years old, participated in the 2014 survey. Among the 200 companies that made the list, CHG ranked No. 27.
The survey asked students about the importance of certain workplace factors when choosing an employer. The top-ranking factors included fair treatment, strong benefits, career-enhancement opportunities and a harmonious work/life balance.
Three of our very own millennials give their top three reasons why they like working at CHG.
Jennifer Walter

Jennifer Walter started working at RNnetwork in Boca Raton, Fla., nine years ago when she was 18 years old. With a focus on development and Continuous Improvement, Jennifer worked her way up to a leadership role and is now a recruiter assistant supervisor.
In fact, Jennifer's most memorable CHG experience was when she was offered her current leadership opportunity by her leaders.
"I was a recruiter at the time and was not sure which direction I was going to go within the company," Jennifer shares. "I have always dreamed of managing the assistant team, and the opportunity really came out of the blue. It was like a dream come true!"
Here are to top three reason Jennifer loves working at CHG:
We are family
"The people I work with are not only my co-workers, but are also my family," Jennifer says.

Chase Johnson

Chase Johnson started as a marketing intern in our Salt Lake City, Utah, office more than three years ago and is now an interactive marketing specialist. When Kyle Power, interactive marketing director, first told Chase about CHG, Chase was intrigued by what the company had to offer.
"Kyle was a professor at Westminster College. We kept in touch after I took his class, and when I graduated, he mentioned CHG was looking for an interactive intern," Chase shares. "I always respected his knowledge and was eager to have the opportunity to work with him."
Halloween is a popular holiday at CHG, and Chase says one of his favorite CHG memories was during last year's celebration when he dressed up as Miley Cyrus.
"People still refer to me as Miley on occasion," Chase says.
Here are the top three reasons Chase enjoys working at CHG:
Family-like culture
"At the end of a long weekend I look forward to coming back to work because of all of the great relationships I have with folks around the office," Chase shares.
Treated as a peer, not a subordinate
"In the marketing department there are channel leaders who are responsible for overseeing different lead sources," Chase says. "Most of the channel leaders are manager level or above. Although the majority of them are older, have more experience and a longer tenure than I do, I am still treated as an equal by all of them."
Work/life balance
"I don't feel pressure to stay connected when I am on vacation or away from the office," remarks Chase. "CHG truly promotes healthy time away from work, and I appreciate that."
Marshall Hartley

Marshall Hartley joined CompHealth locum tenens in Salt Lake City, Utah, three years ago as a recruiter. Since then, he's moved into a leadership role as a placing manager on the emergency medicine team.
"I grew as a recruiter for a couple years, and then moved roles within the company," says Marshall. "Deep down I wanted to help others reach goals they want for themselves. It took great leaders to show me the path to leadership, and I couldn't be happier with how it is going."
Marshall's most memorable CHG experience was meeting his favorite provider at CompHealth's recent leadership summit.
"The provider primarily works locum tenens to fund medical missions she organizes and leads to Africa each year," Marshall shares. "Her passion for others through medical care is inspiring."
Here are Marshall's top three reasons he likes working at CHG:
What We Do Matters
"Knowing that what we do makes a difference in so many lives, keeps me engaged in my job every day," says Marshall.
The people
"I love seeing everyone every day, no matter what the crisis or success in front of us," remarks Marshall.
Earning potential
"The income potential as a sales representative at CompHealth is amazing!" Marshall shares. "In only my second year, I made more money than I had ever previously made in a calendar year. I also achieved a personal milestone by earning the prestigious President's Club trip."
Honorable mention: Free to Be Me
"I also enjoy the freedom to wear my classy mullet headband whenever I want," Marshall adds.
