Blog homeAfter several employees mentioned their dancing skills during new hire sales training August 26, they got the chance to prove it in an impromptu talent show.
Jared Southard, CHG sales training specialist, says new training and development specialist Kimi Webb came up with the idea for the talent show after a short break during the training session.
"We just had to find out how well the new hires danced by throwing this talent show. The talent show evolved into a break dance competition, and people from all around came to watch once they heard the music," Jared shares. "The lesson here is watch what you share with the trainers -- we might call you on it."
