The Utah Nevada Region of the American Red Cross has recognized CHG Healthcare for the company’s support. A blood sponsor since 2015, CHG employees have donated 300 units of blood. The company hosts four blood drives per year. Additionally, CHG’s non-profit Making a Difference Foundation, helps medical providers and employees give back to their communities. In 2019, the foundation donated more than $48,000 in disaster relief funds after Hurricane Dorian.
According to Heidi Ruster, Utah Nevada Regional Executive, “ The generous support of partners like CHG Healthcare help ensure that the Red Cross can respond immediately with comfort and care whenever and wherever disasters occur, help families during the recovery process, and ensure communities are better prepared for the next disaster. Without the local engagement of CHG Healthcare and others like them, we simply could not do the good we do.”
“Our people are passionate about giving back and go above and beyond to take care of each other and support our community,” says Scott Beck, CEO of CHG Healthcare. “I’m inspired every day by the selfless way they make a difference and the organizations they support, like the Red Cross, that provide a valuable service to the community.”
