Our office in Salt Lake City, Utah, participated in the United Way of Salt Lake's 22nd annual Day of Caring — a yearly event providing volunteers the opportunity to work hands-on in the community. More than 80 of our people volunteered at two local, underprivileged schools to help enhance the schools' environment. Improvements included touching up paint, washing windows, removing garbage around the school grounds, landscaping and deep cleaning areas that needed it.
"I am really grateful to work for a company that makes volunteering a priority and gives us time in our work day to go out and make a difference," shares Sarah Trescott, marketing coordinator and Day of Caring volunteer. "Events like this show that together we can make a huge difference."
