Rebecca VanCott, credentialing specialist for CompHealth allied health staffing in Salt Lake City, Utah, has worked at CHG for eight years. She says her favorite aspect of the company is the fun, family-like environment.
"There is always some activity or opportunity to get involved with your co-workers in some way," Rebecca shares. "I love the genuine care and concern our people show one another."
Rebecca not only enjoys the quick pace and challenge her role at CHG provides but also the support, tools and training she's received to pursue our core value of Continuous Improvement.
"It is comforting to know that there is always room to move forward and grow in my current role and so many other areas in this company," Rebecca says.

When I started in the division, it was a lot smaller and didn't have a lot of process definition. Over the years, I have been able to participate and be involved in adding structure to each Business Partner role.
As part of the credentialing team, I enjoy focusing on Continuous Improvement. It has given me a positive attitude about change and encourages me to work to constantly make things better.
