For Jonathan Hassinger, consultant at RNnetwork in Boca Raton, Fla., every day is a new opportunity to have fun and grow his business.
"The people I work with both in the office and over the phone and email make it very easy for me to get out of bed in the morning," Jonathan says. "It is without a doubt the perfect balance of what a fun, driven work environment should be."
Jonathan, who will have been here for two years in February, was recently given New Jersey as part of his recruiting territory, and he couldn't be more excited for the doors this will open for him and RNnetwork.
"Growing up in Philadelphia, New Jersey was like my second home in the summertime," he explains. "With that knowledge, I am going broaden RNnetwork's growth and reach throughout the Garden State!"
Two years ago, Jonathan was working at a small vitamin company. Thanks to an understanding manager and his own tenacious determination to break into the corporate world, he soon came to CHG. Read all about it and find out how Jonathan uses his personality and unique approach to keep clients happy.
About six months later, Lynne Gross was brought on board to RNnetwork as director of operations! I have so many people to thank for having the pleasure of working here, but if it wasn't for Lynne and my brief stint in that tiny vitamin company, I am not sure where I would be! The best thing about CHG, besides how well they take care of their employees and that they have a culture most other companies can only dream of, is the fact that you feel like you are running your own small business at your desk. You're allowed to project your personality into your desk and with your clients. Instead of being forced to be strict, uptight, and formal, I find most of my clients enjoy my fun, goofy and laid-back approach, just as long as I back it up with urgency and efficiency. And so far, they seem to be happy. CHG allows that freedom.
Nearly two years ago, Lynne Gross, who was my manager at a small vitamin company in South Florida and friends with RNnetwork president Bill Heller, introduced me to not only RNnetwork, but to the world of travel nursing. I was looking to get out of the small business world and into the corporate setting. From the way Lynne described RNnetwork's culture, I figured it was something I should seriously look into. After several interviews with Melody Harkness; sales manager, Kisha Waltzer, senior manager of provider service; Sylvia Swezy, recruiter; and Michele Kluger, senior recruiter; and one final run through the gauntlet that is Bill and Eric Darienzo, director of operations, a position was created for me to eventually run my own territory as a sales consultant.
