Courtney Robbins, administrative manager for FOX, anesthesiology, cardiology and subspecialties teams at CompHealth locum tenens in Salt Lake City, Utah, began her career at CHG when she was in high school. From a temporary employee to a full-time administrative manager, Courtney has spent her 11 years at CHG continually growing and progressing.
"The best thing about CHG is the opportunity for growth and development," Courtney says. "This is a place where if you choose to, you can further your career."
While Courtney has taken advantage of the opportunities offered by CHG, she believes that much of her personal progression is a direct result of the work she does and the people she works with.
"I enjoy diversity every day of my job," Courtney says. "Working here allows me to learn so much and interact with so many different people. I can honestly say that I feel that I have professionally grown each day I have been here."

Courtney, when she started at CHG.

Courtney and her family today.
I started at CompHealth when I was in high school and worked with the wonderful people in the mailroom as a temporary employee, archiving files and stocking the kitchen, printers, etc. In my first year of college, I realized I needed more of a full-time job to survive, so I applied for several positions. I was able to join the licensing team, where I spent the next year and a half helping physicians obtain licenses. I then spent the next five years on the medical oncology team supporting the administrative side of the business. Over these five years, I wanted growth; I wanted to be a Business Partner leader. With the help of my manager, I was able to move into the Business Partner training role, where I could develop the leadership skills I would need to be a leader. I was the first Business Partner trainer in the division, and it has grown from then. I am currently an administrative manager and love it. I have also been able to be part of the CompHealth locum tenens division launching of FOX, a new company software program.
It has been so much fun, and I absolutely love working here. While working at CHG, I married my high school sweetheart, bought my first home and had three children. It is not always easy being a working mom of three little ones all under the age of seven, but because of the work-life balance CHG allows, I am able to attend those things in their life that are most important. I couldn't be a happy working mom anywhere else. Nothing against my parents, they did a wonderful job raising me, but I also give some credit to CHG in developing my work ethic and my professional skills. I am honored to be part of the CHG family; it really is my other family.
