Meet the newest senior directors in the CompHealth locum tenens division!

Lisa Payne, left, Matt Bennett and Carrie Johnson were each promoted to senior director roles.

The CompHealth locum tenens division in Salt Lake City, Utah, recently promoted three of its leaders to senior director positions in the company! Learn more about their new roles below:

Matt Bennett

Matt Bennett has been promoted to senior director of the CompHealth locum tenens surgery division. He joined CompHealth in 2003 and first worked with the client development team; his success in that role led to the creation of the national accounts team. Since that time, Matt has worked as a leader on the anesthesiology, psychiatry, pediatrics, OB/GYN and general surgery teams. His strong staffing and leadership experience has contributed to his success and all of his teams experienced fantastic growth in 2011 — each one achieved their BHAG (big, hairy, audacious goal)!

Carrie Johnson

Carrie Johnson has been promoted to senior director of the newly created primary care division. She joined CompHealth in 1999 as an administrative assistant with the subspecialty business and has since held roles as a recruiter, manager and director. During her career, Carrie has worked with the pulmonology, cardiology, SS1, SS2, family practice, internal medicine, hospitalist and radiation oncology teams. As the leader of her current teams (internal medicine, family practice and hospitalist), Carrie helped them achieve their highest growth year ever, growing more than 20 percent total over the prior year.

Lisa Payne

Lisa Payne has been promoted to senior director of the CompHealth locum tenens hospital-based specialties. She joined CompHealth in 2001 as a recruiter on the radiology team and has held several key positions in the division since that time, including leadership roles on the emergency medicine, cardiology, pulmonology, neurosurgery and surgical subspecialties teams. The pulmonology team still holds the record for the longest streak of high double-digit growth, which began during Lisa's tenure, and experienced multiple years of more than 50 percent growth. Lisa developed and currently sponsors the CompHealth locum tenens senior sales group and profitability committee and has a strong background in sales and leadership.
