Kimberly Del'Valle's journey at CHG began 14 years ago, when she was hired as a payroll specialist for
CompHealth in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Due to her hard work and dedication, she was promoted to payroll supervisor then to payroll manager for
RNnetwork in Boca Raton, Fla.
Here, Kimberly shares the top three things that she loves about CHG:
3. Tuition reimbursement
Kimberly is a self-proclaimed knowledge junky. When she started her journey at CHG, she had an associate's degree in accounting. Through our tuition reimbursement program, she went on to obtain her bachelor's degree in business administration, her master's degree in accounting and finance and her certified payroll professional designation. And she's not done. Kimberly is currently working on her doctorate in global business and marketing.
2. Flexibility
Kimberly was the primary caregiver for her father-in-law who had Alzheimer's disease. "Due to the flexibility and compassion of my manager at the time, Cameron Hoffman, I was able to be there for him every step of the way," she says. She even took trips to the Florida capital and Washington, D.C. to advocate for more funding for the Alzheimer's Association.
1. The people

More than anything else, Kimberly likes the people at CHG. "My manager, Nick Cavaleri, is always there to listen and is extremely great at working through challenges," she says. "Then there is my payroll team — we truly have this great sisterhood and we are a family. And the management team is amazing. We are all there for one another through any given challenge."
The CHG family left an impression on Kimberly's family at home. "My children saw me come home happy and always raving about the great times I had at work," Kimberly says. When she started at CHG, her second-oldest son, Joel Johnson, was 10 years old. "Growing up my mom used to bring my brothers and me to work with her sometimes," Joel says. "I remember how awesome the environment was and hoped to become part of the CHG family." Now age 24, Joel is an IT support coordinator at CHG and gets to experience all the joy and excitement that he saw mom come home bragging about.
