Kevin Ricklefs, CHG's senior vice president of administration, is presenting a session at the Great Place to Work conference March 29 in Atlanta, Ga.! He and Lil LeBlanc, assistant vice president of HR strategy and culture at Baptist Health South Florida, will discuss how their businesses have built and continue to maintain strong, employee-centric cultures. Kevin will particularly focus on the CHG Way of Leadership program and the ways CHG leaders develop.
"We've worked really hard to maintain CHG's people-centric culture and especially to grow our leaders and stress the importance of Putting People First," Kevin says. "I'm excited to share our leadership program and great culture at this conference, especially as CHG continues to grow and hire even more leaders."
