What is your most memorable experience at CHG? I have had so many wonderful experiences here at CHG, but it's the people I get to work with that make each day a memorable experience.
What is your favorite core value and why? Putting People First. This particular core value is the one I feel can have the greatest impact on clients and fellow associates.
What is your career background and what brought you to CHG? I previously worked in corporate retail support for a national supermarket chain. A former associate who had recently been hired by CHG emailed me about the company and told me how much she enjoyed her position here.
What is your favorite part about your job? I enjoy the people. I am very fortunate to work with a team of very hard-working, dedicated individuals.
What do you like to do when you aren't at work? I enjoy watching my grandkids and making lots of cupcakes.
What have you learned about yourself working at CHG? I have learned that if you dedicate yourself to achieving a goal, no matter what the goal, anything can be accomplished.
How have you grown as a leader at CHG? I have learned that teamwork is essential. Building a team environment where your associates know they have input and are able to grow professionally is key to being a successful leader.
Who has influenced you most in your career at CHG and how? Gayle Parker has had a major impact on my career as my former manager and mentor. In addition, Elise Gibby has performed those same roles as director and mentor while I have been in my current position. I have been very fortunate to have had these two excellent women help and guide in my career here at CHG.
How do you know that what you do at CHG matters? Since my first day here at CHG, it has always been apparent that I am a part of a team where all levels of management value your contributions.
