What is your most memorable experience at CHG? That is so hard to say, since there have been so many. If I had to pick one, I guess it would be the congratulatory email I received from the division president upon breaking the company record for most money billed by a first-year consultant. It was definitely one of the highlights of my career.
What is your favorite core value and why? Putting People First. It is amazing to see how many times over the course of 11 years CHG has made the decision to put its people first. It's my favorite, because it feels great knowing that I work for a company that always has my back.
What is your career background and what brought you to CHG? I worked for a few recruitment companies before CHG and really loved this type of sale.
What is your favorite part about your job? I thrive on developing those around me. It's a great feeling helping someone get to the next level in their career.
What do you like to do when you aren't at work? I've got two little ones in diapers, so luckily I love spending every free moment with them, because that's all I have time for!
What have you learned about yourself working at CHG? I've learned that no matter how much I think I know about something, there is always more to know, or a better way of doing things. And all it often requires is listening to the ideas of those around me.
How have you grown as a leader at CHG? I've grown in so many ways here at CHG. I was barely 25 years old when I joined this company, and I had no management experience. Everything I have learned about being a good leader is through this company — and what better place to learn than from a company that is one of Fortune's top 10 best companies to work for?
Who has influenced you most in your career at CHG and how? My boss, John Giglietta, has been the biggest influence on me here at CHG. He is an incredible leader and has a way about him. You can't help but want to be driven for success under him.
