Dressed in patched jeans, plaid shirts and cowboy hats, CompHealth locum tenens leaders set the precedent at a teambuilding event May 23 as they performed "Cotton-eyed Joe" together, part of the Wii game Just Dance.
The event, which involved members of the medical staffing services and hospital privileges teams, was intended to mix employees from the different teams together and have a little fun, says Wendy Barton, director of the CompHealth locum tenens division.
"The medical staffing services and hospital privileges teams work very closely together on many projects, so these team-building events support collaboration and communication among the teams," Wendy shares. "They help to build relationships and move things forward more quickly in our business."
Teams of four, each a mix of members from both teams, chose different songs and dressed up to perform them. Songs included "Eye of the Tiger," "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and "A Little Less Conversation."
