CompHealth and Weatherby Healthcare attend 2013 ASPR conference

Our people from both CompHealth and Weatherby Healthcare recently returned from exhibiting at the 2013 Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) conference in Tucson, Ariz., an event that allows physician recruiters to discuss best practices and meet with other recruiters and healthcare company representatives face to face.

Nearly 400 people attended the conference, which included a presentation from CHG's vice president of marketing, Leslie Snavely, on the connection between marketing and recruiting.

Leaders and sales team members from Weatherby Healthcare entertained guests at a Red Ribbon Lounge and also joined CompHealth representatives at an ASPR event at the Old Tucson Studios; Weatherby Healthcare sponsored the event as well.

"This year's ASPR conference was one of the best I've attended," shares Erik Turner, a consultant on Weatherby Healthcare's surgery subspecialties team. "The chance to meet people we work with on a daily basis as well as those new to our organization is a rewarding experience. This year's venue, events and speakers were terrific. I look forward to attending again next year."
