CHG's Kyle Power to speak at Adobe Summit in Salt Lake City

Earlier this month, Millrock Park received an Energy Star designation for the building in which CHG's corporate office is located. An Energy Star designation recognizes superior energy performance and identifies buildings as among the most efficient in the nation. CHG's facilities team worked with the management of Millrock Park to lower the electricity usage for this building.

"Among the things we've done is altered the set points on the HVAC. This determines the time of day that the air goes on or off as well as the temperature at which the HVAC goes on," explains Christine Conder, CHG's corporate facilities director. "We have also adjusted when the lights go on or off."

The building is now listed on Energy Star's online searchable registry of buildings.
