"For us, culture is really about the employee experience," Kevin shares. "We have to make a personal connection with each individual employee and understand what they want. If you dissect Putting People First, it's not putting groups of people first, it's about putting each individual first. All our leaders are trained to talk to people on an individual basis. Once you get anyone on an individual basis, you're able to talk about what values an individual has, what they're looking for in a job and what they'd like the culture to be."
