CHG Healthcare was once again named to Forbes' list of America's Best Midsize Employers. To compile the list, Forbes partners with Statista to survey 30,000 employees across the country on their experiences with their companies.
"The most weighted question asked of survey respondents was whether they would recommend their own company to others, on a scale of zero to 10," Forbes says.
CHG Healthcare was recently named to Fortune magazine's list of 100 Best Companies to Work For and recognized as a Best Workplace for Parents, Women, Millennials and Giving Back, as well as one of People magazine's 50 Companies that Care.
But our best endorsement comes from our people's willingness to recommend us to their friends and family. Currently, 70 percent of CHG's new hires come from employee referrals.
