Training magazine, the leading business publication for learning and development professionals, named CHG Healthcare to its Training Top 125 Hall of Fame. The honor is awarded to companies that have earned a spot in the top 10 on the publication's list for four consecutive years.
"The 2017 Training Top 125 winners don't just set the bar for employee training and development, they vault over it," says Training magazine editor-in-chief Lorri Freifeld. "They are champions of learning and ensure their employees have the skills to succeed in this competitive, ever-changing world."
Now in its 17th year, the Training Top 125 is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
The rankings for the list will be unveiled during the Training 2017 Conference & Expo in January 2017.
