
CHG Healthcare was profiled as a success story in the online magazine In Utah, an umbrella campaign for COVID-19 pandemic response initiatives. In an October article titled, “CHG Healthcare: Staying Connected From Afar,” the website shared some of the techniques CHG uses to keep employees engaged while working from home.
The story highlighted CHG’s use of virtual toolkits, as well as transparent communication and incorporating fun into virtual meetings to help employees feel connected to one another. The article states, “CHG believes employees who have a stronger connection to their colleagues and leaders are more engaged in their jobs…In a remote world, that connection is more important than ever.”
