STAFFING INDUSTRY ANALYSTS HONOR CHG’S CEO & PRESIDENT, COO ON 2026 LIST

Mountain View, California — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions – has honored CHG CEO & President Leslie Snavely and COO Bill Heller on its 2026 Staffing 100 North America list. Now in its 15th year, the annual list recognizes influential North American staffing leaders making impressive strides in the world of work. This year’s list is sponsored by job matching and hiring company Indeed, a subsidiary of Recruit Holdings.
Major themes that emerged from the 2026 honorees’ nominations were technology and digital innovation. As the industry continues changing its approaches to many technologies from experimental to foundational, the individuals on SIA’s 2026 Staffing 100 North America list exemplify that shift.
“The staffing and workforce solutions ecosystem is changing to keep pace with the rapid changes in the world of work. The leaders recognized in the 2026 Staffing 100 North America are the individuals driving that change with intention,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “They are advancing their businesses through technology, while also doing the necessary work of leadership: setting vision, executing strategy, and building cultures that perform. These honorees represent what extraordinary leadership looks like in today’s staffing and workforce solutions market. Congratulations to our 2026 honorees.”

Diversified staffing service models, strengthened market positions, and renewed focus on people as well as purpose were additional emerging themes. More integrated solutions provided companies greater agility, scalability, and results. Mergers, acquisitions, and geographic expansion broadened firms’ capabilities as well as influence. Focuses on internal culture and community impact underpinned organizational humanity and social responsibility. These are just a few of the impact areas in which 2026 honorees provide guidance and leadership.
“As the world of work continues to evolve, strong leadership in staffing has never been more important,” said Recruit Holdings Chief Operating Officer and Indeed Chief People Officer Ayano Senaha. “The 2026 honorees are setting the standard for how the industry can support workers while meeting the evolving needs of employers across regions. We’re proud to recognize their impact and their shared focus on helping people find work with purpose.”
