In 2000, Kristy Ann Potter stepped into an airplane hangar to begin her career at our Weatherby Healthcare division as a medical staff services (MSS) coordinator. At that time, the coordinator role encompassed everything from internal credentialing, external credentialing, and licensing, while operating as a team of five.
“I started with approximately 40 people in the airplane hangar, which included both Weatherby and CompHealth Perm employees and was also here when CHG acquired us,” says Kristy. “That was the icing on the cake!”
Two decades, an additional 136 team members, and a new building later, Kristy is the senior manager of Weatherby’s internal credentialing and compliance team overseeing the internal credentialing and compliance process, online application process for providers, multiple MSS initiatives, and the integration of our new tech company, Modio.
With each passing year and through times of growth and change, one thing was a constant — Kristy’s love for her job and CHG.
“I love what CHG stands for, the passion they have for their people, and the company’s ultimate goal of helping patients live their best lives.”

My three grandparents that have passed away. They all made a huge impact in my life growing up, and I would love for them to see my life now.
