COVID-19 vaccination information by state

The administration of the COVID-19 vaccine is changing daily. We’ve done our best to compile current information. For the latest on each state check the CDC’s How Do I Get A Vaccine? page. We will be update this page as new information becomes available.

The COVID-19 vaccine is in the process of being administered to healthcare providers around the country. There are still many questions around who is eligible for the vaccine and where it can be obtained, especially for locum tenens and other traveling providers. Below is a state by state list of where you can receive the vaccine along with additional information about the vaccine. If the table indicates “employer” this refers to the healthcare facility where you will be working, not CHG Healthcare or one of its companies. There should be no out of pocket cost for the vaccine. In some cases there will be an administrative fee (usually between $20 and $35) for the vaccine, it will either be covered by your insurance provider or if you are uninsured it will be covered by federal funds.
