Scott Beck
Chief Executive Officer
Scott joined CHG Healthcare in 1999 and became chief executive officer in January 2015. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple leadership roles in the company. Scott is a passionate advocate of CHG’s Putting People First culture and the impact it has on our efforts to make a difference to our people, our customers, and the community. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Utah and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Westminster College.

Leslie Snavely
Chief Sales Officer
Leslie oversees CHG Healthcare’s sales and marketing efforts. In everything she does, Leslie focuses on leveraging creative thinking and strategy to grow the business and develop her teams. Leslie also works to elevate the status of women’s leadership in Utah by serving as the Vice Chairman of the Women’s Leadership Institute of Utah’s executive committee. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Leslie oversees CHG Healthcare’s sales and marketing efforts. In everything she does, Leslie focuses on leveraging creative thinking and strategy to grow the business and develop her teams. Rob Millard
Chief Financial Officer
Rob joined the CHG family in 2018 as chief financial officer where he oversees the company’s strategy for accounting and finance, capital structure, and risk management. Rob is passionate about contributing to CHG’s industry-leading growth as well as strengthening the company’s people-centric culture. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, including working at Earnest Inc, GE Capital Bank and Arthur Andersen before coming to CHG. Besides earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Fairfield University, Rob is also a certified public accountant.

Scott Boecker leads CHG Healthcare’s digital innovation and strategies to improve the staffing experience for healthcare providers and organizations. He has more than 20 years of product experience with venture-capital-backed startups and billion-dollar companies including Ticketmaster and Nike. After attending film school in New York and moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a screenwriter, he discovered a deeper passion for fast-growing Internet businesses and digital product development during the first dot-com boom in the late 90s.

Kevin Ricklefs
Chief Culture Officer
Kevin Ricklefs oversees the cultural and people aspects of the company, including attracting new talent, developing employees, providing open, honest employee communication, and creating building a company culture that is driven by a purpose of making a difference and a set of strong employee core values. As chief culture officer, Kevin brings his own brand of energy to the job. Since joining CHG in 1999, he’s played a key role in creating the people-centric culture Fortune magazine says makes CHG one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.” Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Westminster College and a master’s degree in organizational development from Pepperdine University.

Dave played a significant role in implementing the hiring practices that helped create CHG’s award-winning culture and drove many of the company’s technology advancements. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

Lisa Grabl, president of CompHealth, the nation’s largest provider of locum tenens physicians and founder of the traveling physician industry, describes herself as a people leader, a talent developer, and a life-long student. She joined CompHealth in 2001 as a sales consultant. Her passion for understanding and motivating people to become their best led to her being named CompHealth president in 2017. She says CHG’s people-centric culture and commitment to core values creates a culture of putting people first. Lisa is a graduate of Utah State University.

Bill Heller
President, Weatherby Healthcare
Bill has 20 years of physician and nurse staffing experience. He leads our Weatherby Healthcare division, a company that helps physicians and advanced practice specialists find jobs throughout the United States. Since joining CHG Healthcare in 2007, he’s held a variety of leadership roles, including president of our CompHealth allied division and later president of our RNnetwork travel nursing division. Bill is passionate about putting people first and helping each of his team members grow and succeed. He is a graduate of Florida International University where he received a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.

VP of Client Solutions
Melinda has spent her career focused on finding value for her customers. Working in healthcare sales, account management, and business development for more than 20 years, she has managed customer relationships throughout the U.S. At CHG she oversees a team focused on finding the best possible healthcare staffing solutions for facilities around the country. Melinda received a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from University of Phoenix.
